Anne LAM teaches organ performance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and is a course lecturer in Sacred Music at Chung Chi Divinity School of CUHK. She has also been teaching for the Pipe Organ Education Series at Hong Kong Cultural Centre since 2014. Her solo performances have been broadcast on Radio Television Hong Kong Radio 4, Metro Radio Hong Kong, and American Public Radio’s program “Pipedreams” in the United States. She won Second Prize in the 6th Miami International Organ Competition and was named a semi-finalist in the National Young Artists Competition in Organ (NYACOP).

Lam has performed in many concert halls and cathedrals across the world, most recently in China, France, Macao, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Belgium, U.K and U.S.A. She has appeared as a soloist with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra in the 2017 Hong Kong Arts Festival, as a guest organist with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra in 2022, and performed with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra Brass Quintet in the 2023 Hong Kong Arts Festival. Recent engagements include performances on the largest instruments in Asia, including a sold-out Tuba and Organ Concert at Shenzhen Concert Hall, two solo recitals at Gulangyu Pipe Organ Art Center, and performance at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying). Most recently, she has hosted an 8-episode series “Explore the Pipe Organ- The King of Instruments” on RTHK Radio 4.

In frequent demand as an orchestral player and choir accompanist, Lam has been performing with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, the Macao Orchestra, the Hong Kong Bach Choir, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong Chorus for nearly a decade. She has recorded three CDs with choristers in Macao and performed with choirs from England, Germany, New Zealand, and the United States. She served as the Founding Dean of the Hong Kong Chapter and the American Guild of Organists (AGO) from 2014 to 2016. An avid board member of the Chapter, she takes on a role in initiating the Young Organist Competition, Organ Festival, and Summer Organ Academy with the local AGO Chapter.

Anne was awarded a prestigious full-tuition scholarship from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund for her sacred music, master and doctoral studies at the Eastman School of Music, New York. At Eastman, she studied with the legendary Professor David Higgs. She currently serves at the Methodist International Church in Hong Kong.

林芍彬現為香港中文大學管風琴導師，同時兼任崇基神學院聖樂科目講師，並一直擔任香港文化中心管風琴教育系列導師。她的獨奏演出曾在香港電台第四台、新城電台及美國全國公共廣播電台中播放。她曾獲第六屆邁阿密國際管風琴大賽亞軍，亦曾晉身全美青年藝術家管風琴比賽半總決賽。

林氏曾於世界各地多個音樂廳及大教堂演奏，包括在中國、法國、澳門、香港、紐西蘭、比利時、英國和美國。她於2017年香港藝術節與美國辛辛那提交響樂團作獨奏演出，其後在2022年維也納愛樂樂團訪港期間擔任客席管風琴樂師，並於2023年香港藝術節與香港管弦樂團銅管五重奏合演專場音樂會。近期於亞洲最大型的管風琴演奏，包括深圳音樂廳演出的「大號與管風琴音樂會」、鼓浪嶼管風琴藝術中心圓滿舉行兩場獨奏會、高雄衛武營國家藝術文化中心演奏會。她又為香港電台第四台錄製八集專題節目：探索「樂器之王」管風琴。

林氏經常獲邀以樂團特約樂手或合唱團伴奏身份與多個藝術團體演出，她與香港管弦樂團、澳門樂團、香港巴赫合唱團和香港中大合唱團合作演出近十年。她與澳門女聲合唱團灌錄了三張唱片錄音，並曾與來自英國、德國、紐西蘭和美國的合唱團合作演出。在2014年至2016年期間，她出任美國管風琴家協會香港分會的創會會長。她亦是分會董事會成員，致力與分會推動香港的青年管風琴家大賽、管風琴節及夏季管風琴學院。

林氏獲香港賽馬會音樂及舞蹈信託基金頒發全額獎學金，前往美國紐約伊士曼音樂學院深造，取得聖樂文憑、管風琴演奏碩士及博士學位，授教於頂尖管風琴家大衛•希格斯教授。她現時是香港循道衛理聯合教會國際禮拜堂風琴師。
